Welcome to

Sleigh on Perry

Our pop-up holiday bar, upstairs at Local Republic. For a few weeks a year the bar and lounge is decorated to the rafters, the cocktail list goes silly, and everyone is welcome.

27 November – 27 December 2026

No booking needed

Come up for a drink

Sleigh is open to everyone from 27 November to 27 December. Take the stairs up, find a seat, and order something with a ridiculous name. No ticket or reservation needed.

Tuesday – Friday
From 5pm
Saturday & Sunday
From 2pm
Monday
Closed

We do not set a closing time. Sleigh runs its own hours up here, a little independently of the restaurant below — we stay open while there are people in the room.

Opening night
Friday 27 November, Black Friday — open early, from 2pm.
Christmas
Closed Thursday 24 and Friday 25 December. Back open Saturday 26th, and the season ends Sunday 27 December.
One open Monday
Monday 21 December, for the last of the holiday push. Every other Monday we are closed.

Snacks, not dinner

There is a short snack menu alongside the drinks — enough to keep you going through a few cocktails. Sleigh does not do a full dinner.

If you want to eat properly, book a table downstairs and come up afterwards. Reservations open on Resy 30 days ahead, so you cannot book a December table until November — and weekends fill, so reserve once the date opens rather than chance it.

Reserve on Resy

Some nights are private

The room is taken over for private parties on plenty of evenings through the season, and it closes to the public when that happens.

If you are making a special trip, check with us first or look at @sleighonperry before you set off.

Alcohol-free events
Priced the same. The package is built around the room and the staffing, and those do not change when the bar goes dry.

Getting here during the market

The Atlanta Christkindl Market runs on the Lawrenceville Lawn from 20 November to 24 December — overlapping almost the whole of our season — and downtown is a great deal busier than usual while it is on, parking especially. It is a good problem to have, but it is worth planning around.

Whether you are coming up for a drink or hosting thirty people, the same advice applies: allow extra time, share rides or carpool where you can, and a ride-share drop-off saves circling for a space entirely. The market closes at 9pm — which is also when a 6pm event ends — so on most nights the streets are busiest exactly as everyone is leaving.

Market open
Wednesday to Sunday, plus the Monday and Tuesday of Thanksgiving week and Christmas week. Wednesdays and Thursdays 3pm to 9pm; Friday to Sunday 11am to 9pm.
Quietest nights
The market is shut on Tuesdays outside the two holiday weeks — 1, 8 and 15 December. It also finishes on Christmas Eve while we run to the 27th, so Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 December are a whole weekend with the market packed up and gone. Five easy nights, whether you are booking a party or just want a quiet drink.
Busiest nights
Every evening from 19 to 23 December has the market running until 9pm — including the Monday we open specially. Those are also our premium dates, so plan for both.

Parking downtown is the city’s and free — the lot behind the restaurant, street parking, and two public decks nearby. None of it is reserved for us, and it fills while the market is on.

Check your date

Tell us when and how many, and we will come back with availability and a real quote you can approve. Nothing is booked until we have confirmed the date and you have paid the deposit invoice.

Short ribs and the carving station are Full Buffet add-ons — choose that package to add them.

Got it — thank you.

A confirmation is on its way to the email you gave us, with everything worth knowing before the night. We will check the calendar and come back with availability, usually within a business day. Anything urgent, call (678) 205-4782.

Good to know

Securing the date
A $500 deposit holds your date, of which $250 is non-refundable. There is nothing to sign — paying the invoice accepts our terms and conditions. The balance and your final guest count are due 7 days before the event, and that count is what you are billed for.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 7 days out and we keep the $250. Inside 7 days the full $500 deposit is non-refundable.
Accessibility
The upstairs bar and lounge is reached by stairs only. There is no elevator. Please confirm this with your guests before you book — it is the detail most likely to catch someone out.
Start time
6:00pm suits almost everyone — guests' travel, our staffing, and the time we need to turn the room over. Guests cannot arrive early to set up, so offset your invitation if you need a head start.
Decor and music
The room is already decorated for the season, so no additional decor is needed or permitted. A house holiday playlist plays throughout; we cannot take outside playlists, live performers or AV presentations.
Outside food
Not permitted, with one exception: you may bring a cake or dessert with prior approval, and a $2 per guest cutting fee applies.
The space
Semi-private and not soundproof. It is closed to the public on private event nights, but the restaurant is open.
Parking
All city parking and free — the lot behind the restaurant, street parking, and two public decks. None of it is reserved for us. From 20 November to 24 December the Christkindl Market fills much of it — see getting here.
